On to the second half of the year!
July: 10 we get to go on our first family ride of the year.
July 11: "Mom you need to shave your armpits. Only boys have hair in their armpits!" –A
July 12: The first accident with the girls in the Buick. We hit a calf elk going 65 mph. The girls didn’t even wake up!
July 13: Paisley Louise turns the big 1!
July 17 : first magic carpet ride in the house
July 18: Addilynn goes to her first dress up birthday party. ALONE!
July 21: Mommy and Daddy celebrate our 6 year wedding anniversary by going huckleberry picking!
July 21: Baby Emmitt’s shower.
July 28: Out of the blue Addilynn says, "I love you as much as I love the ninja turtles!" Coming from this turtle loving tyke that is a big compliment!
End of July was full of visitors! Sarah with her kiddos, baby Pete and his parents, Nukko, and the Netz clan.
July 31: Trip to the Benewah to see Bryan, Ashley, Brenda, thing one, thing two, and miss Harper!
also on this day when we were talking about school clothes shopping and getting a new backpack and lunchbox Addilynn said, "but I already have those things! I don't need new ones! We can buy them for Leo he doesn't have that stuff." How did we get so lucky?? She's so thoughtful even if Leo is only a figment of her imagination
Aug 1: Reunited and it feels so good! Aiden comes to visit.
Aug 7: Trip up river to see the Gibson/Netz bunch.
Aug 24: School shopping! Getting our big girl ready for the big day!
Aug 25: family day showing A the ropes of catching crawdads.
Labor Day: Addilynn’s first ride on a float.
Sept 3: Paisley’s first timeout at home.
Sept 4: Addilynn worked very hard and finally got her bridge over.
Sept 6: Dustin and I left the girls for a lovers weekend to Wallowa Lake.
Sept 9: Addilynn’s first day of school.
Sept 11: Rode the bus for the first time. What a big girl!
Sept 12: Paisley starts kissing herself in the mirror and blowing kisses.
Sept 19: Baby Emmitt was born! (this isn’t a picture from his bday but it was too cute not to post!)
Oct 2: Trip to the pumpkin patch
Oct 10: Daddy and Mommy sneak away to go hunting
Oct 12: Paisley’s first piggy tails! FINALLY

We had a wonderful year. I’m sure I missed something. Our girls are growing up way too fast for this mamas liking. Every day I see a new expression that makes me realize time isn’t slowing down. Hope everyone had a great year!
