Kyle, Alaina, and Beau Thomas

First of all as everyone already knows thanks to Kyle's great updates, Beau was born yesterday and as far as we know is doing better than a normal 29 week baby! GO BEAU!!! What a strong baby boy and what strong and loving parents he has. I can't imagine going through what they have. What a perfect gift to have come from something so stressful and scary! He is such a cutie.
We love you guys and can't wait to hold baby! We will be thinking of you all non stop and wishing we could do more to help. We love him already he is such a blessing anyone would be lucky to have him as a son and you as parents.

appt and fun weekend plans!

We had our appointment on Wednesday. It went great he spent a lot of time going over questions I had and I felt very lucky that he spent so much time with me! We got the OK to ride the 4wheeler after some careful talking but I have to be really careful and "listen to my body!" I can't wait to go camping! I doubt anything will happen since I still have almost four weeks but I guess it is better to be ready than not!
I did get checked though which was very weird! He actually pushed the baby's head and the baby floated up in my tummy! He said that means baby is in good position and I have great water, but it felt really funny that he was touching my baby's head! My cervix is starting to thin out which is good but he said that all the info he got from checking me doesn't mean really anything! I could go into labor today or a month from now!
Things are going great and now it is just a waiting game! UGH I don't want to wait anymore but whenever he/she is ready it will come!

Here are a couple of pictures from our photo shoot with Ace Martin on Saturday. Dustin doesn't want some of the ones I like to surface so I am not allowed to put them anywhere! I wont be showing any of the pictures with just me in them either those are for Dustin's pleasure only! Hopefully everyone enjoys them.

Belly pictures!

So yesterday was an interesting and exciting day for us! We got our pictures done by a photographer here in town. It was my first experience with semi nude photos and I only wish I would have been a tiny bit smaller! They all turned out really good though which is nice! We got more pictures of the two of us and my belly then we did at our wedding! Anyway can't wait to share (some of them that is!)! I have a month left until the expected date of baby but you know how that goes I'm sure he/she will be late like most first timers! I go to the Dr. on Wednesday to see if I'm dilated or effaced at all. I really hope I am at least making some progress!

not much going on

Well like the title says, not much has been happening lately! We have gotten the room almost completely done and baby things washed and put away. I can't wait. We have a little over 5 weeks left and I hope it goes fast. This weekend we have districts in Timberlake and then if plans are the same I get to spend the day with Sammie and Harlen on Sunday. Baby practice!!! I wonder if he will mind someday that he was my practice baby? I am feeling like a hippo but everyone says I'm still small (I think they are being nice). This last week or so I have been getting really tired but all in all not bad. Work is getting harder just not fitting as well as I used to and my back has been killing me from bending and contorting my body to see in patients mouths! Sometimes I wish I had a desk job or even better a couch job! Boy is this a sob story if I ever heard one. Dustin says I am entitled to one since I haven't been complaining much these last 8 months! He is such a sweetheart!

I only have 18 days of work left which is A-MAZE-ING. I can't wait.

Today I have felt kinda off. I felt really crampy, sick, and drained at work. I really hope I'm not getting the flu. I blame it on the full moon (or close to it anyway!).
