The Great HUNT!

Every year we go on the hunt for the perfect tree. This year we were sad because for the first time Auntie P wasn’t able to come with us. We sure missed her this year but like every year we managed to have a great time. This year Bri and Camber were able to come with us. The girls had a blast playing in the snow and Mr. Lumberjack AKA Dustin cut down two perfect trees. We got to go for a wagon ride and sit by the fire and pictures with Santa were a little better this time. She sat on a stool next to him while Paisley tried with all her might to pull off Santa’s beard. When we got home we made lots of delicious cookies and every year I remember after the fact how quickly Addilynn loses interest in cutting the cookies! Next year maybe I will remember to have some of them baked before hand and MAYBE I might even bake from scratch! Well… probably not but it’s a thought!

Go Daddy GO!! We joked while looking for a tree because it felt like we were sister wives. LITERALLY!! Poor Dustin had to hang out with all girls, but I guess he better get used to it!

These were Addilynn’s two masterpieces she loved the sprinkles!

Addilynn got this Cinderella ornament from Julie and she waited so patiently to put it on the tree. It was the highlight of her night!

Really Crystal?!

I have been the worst about updating the blog! So…. Be Prepared!  This is going to be one long drawn out post!

Christmas in St. Maries: 12/1/12 Addilynn, Paisley and I headed down to the festivities and since daddy had to work he met us there on his lunch break. Addilynn loved the horse ride like usual. She chit chatted with Santa when he arrived in the wagon but when it came time to sit on his lap, she would rather not. I told her she had to sit on his lap to let him know what she wanted and she said she would rather just yell it to him!

Novembers School Art: Addilynn and Paisley’s “thankful” feathers

just a shot to show how fast Addilynns mood has been changing lately! These were taken within a minute of each other notice she hasn’t even moved the bike!

Journey to the North Pole: 12/5/12 Addilynn was much less freaked out this year by all the dressed up characters but still wanted to keep her distance from Santa. During the cruise you stop at the “North Pole” where Santa and an elf are on a dock away from the boat. Addilynn didn’t want to even stand at the edge of the boat because that was too close to Santa!

Paisleys first trip to Gammy’s house: 12/8/12 Thank goodness my mother comes to my house to visit since poor paisley was almost 5 months old before she visited there!
