Pamper Me Princess

As most of you already know, Addilynn started preschool this year. Grammy wanted to pamper the princess before her big day. So, I took advantage also and joined in the fun. Grammy, Addilynn and I got pedis! Grammy surprised Addilynn with a visa gift card to buy her school clothes with as well. She loved that she had her very own “credit card.” Addilynn wanted rainbows and carrots on her nails! Go figure. Tia did a great job. She did rainbow toes and an apple and a carrot on her nails. We had so much fun. Thanks Grammy for helping Addilynn be the diva we all know she is!

Can’t Believe I Missed THIS!

So, I was a complete slacker this summer and now I’m trying to play catch up. Long story short, I was searching through old photos today and realized I forgot to post one of the most fun camp trips of the summer! Nanny M and Jake came to stay with us at camp. It was almost a disaster since it rained most of the time, but luckily the wall tent saved us. We sat around the wood stove and talked. It was so cozy and relaxing. Also it was the only time we had friends stay with us at camp. No one usually wants to hang out on a Tuesday and Wednesday night, but it worked and we had company!! Addilynn and Daddy even got to shoot her bow during a break in the storm. Such a great trip I can’t believe I missed it! 6/18-6/20

Mid Week Camping and Fishing

This summer I took some Thursdays off so Dustin and I could spend some time together. 8/20-8/22

This week we were able to camp, fish, and visit. We took a trip to moose creek to fish and Addilynn caught a ton of fish. We also spent time at camp playing games and enjoying some sun. We also got to visit Fred and Jeanette where Addilynn turned there living room into a gym and Paisley played with the classic farm house.

Bye Bye Butterfly!

During one of our fishing trips daddy’s hat was a butterfly magnet. I loved these pictures and had to share! The rest of the trip I will post tomorrow.

Saying Goodbye to Auntie Dj

We had dinner at Mimi and Poppy's house to say goodbye one last time to Auntie Dj before he left for college in North Dakota. It was pretty sad to know we wouldn't see him until Christmas. It was even harder to know that the girls would miss him terribly and it's really hard to explain that to a one year old and emotional four year old! Thank goodness for Facetime! Also, we are so proud that he took this big leap and stepped away from his comfort zone to do something he loves, so in the end its worth it! These pictures make me laugh it is so hard to get all these little hood rats to look at the camera at the same time. 

"This cousin of mine is freaking me out!" says Challis. "What the heck is wrong with these girls?" says Paisley. 

"HONK!" Says Paisley!

Four wheeler ride with Bri and Jeremiah

We got out kind of late so it ended up being a day/night ride. It was nice to get out and we enjoyed the scenery. Addilynn is horrified to be out in the dark so she started whining as soon as the sun went down. All in all it was a fun day!

On this day we went to the fair. The girls had fun seeing all the animals! Rj shared his calf with us and Addilynn thought that was pretty neat.

We also had a dance party! Paisley is never amused with her sister when she tries to pick her up!
