Halloween Halloween Trick or Treat

Our costumes can’t be beat!

Addilynn has been singing this song for the last couple weeks. All of her favorite shows have Halloween themes and catchy little songs. This year we had a Witch and her black cat. We did the run around first and then Addilynn actually got to trick or treat like a normal kid! She loved it this year. My little outgoing princess fits right in with this holiday. She would say, “Trick or Treat. Can I come in??”

Goodbye Camp 10/21/12

We finally pulled the camper out of camp! It was a very sad day especially for miss A. She was devastated. We had a quick and frustrating visit! We brought the camper all the way to fernwood to dump (we stored it in Clarkia) and they had no water. Then we couldn’t get the plug off to winterize it. Needless to say it was a wasted trip! The only thing we got done was getting out of the house and snapping a few pictures.

This was the reaction we got when we hooked the camper up and Dustin started pulling it out. Real tears and everything. The poor kid doesn’t understand why we can’t just stay at camp all year long!

These pictures make me laugh because once again I am my mother! And any other mother for that matter. I used to make fun of my mom for taking a ton of pictures of me doing the same exact thing in the same exact outfit! Well here are my “mother pictures” I loved the expression on her face in each of them. So, yes mother I’m sorry for always making fun of you for the pictures in my baby book!

Library Tuesdays

One of my favorite things about being home on maternity leave was all the fun things I got to do with my girls. On Tuesdays the library does story time. Mrs. Leslie reads stories, has snacks, and crafts. Addilynn has a new found love of the library and enjoys checking out a new book/books, backpacks, or DVDs from the library. It’s teaching her great responsibility. She has to keep her library books in her book bag hung on the door so they can stay safe! I really miss taking the girls even though I enjoy my job. These stay at home mommy tasks that I’m missing out on make me long for the days I will get to work part time!

Retirement

9/30/12 Great Grandma Jeanette Retired! We went to the Clarkia library for the party. Addilynn got to play with some of the same toys daddy played with when he was growing up in Clarkia!

Addilynn LOVES making pizza with her mommy and Paisley LOVES her taggie over her head! Mommy gets a little scared with Paisley’s new love.

I’ve been trying to get pictures every month of Paisley since I didn’t do it with Addilynn. They might not be the best set up, but I put Randi the monkey with her so we can see how big she gets over the months!

I love this one! She is looking at the monkey like what is this???

Auntie’s Baby Shower 10/7/12

061

Addilynn, Paisley and I went to Auntie’s shower a couple weekends ago. We had lots of fun eating cupcakes, watching Auntie open great gifts, and seeing friends and family. We can’t wait for baby girl to be born into our clan of girls! We only have to wait about another month until she is here. Paisley got to meet Great Great Grandma Wise for the first time and Addilynn enjoyed playing with her cousin Camber! It was a great day.

This May Have Been The End

003

We spent another weekend at camp. I’m sad to say it might have been our last! We had a great weekend the girls got to go on a long 4wheeler ride on Saturday and we all got to enjoy the sunshine one more time before it gets yucky out.

It was pretty cold. Our heater ran most of the night and we were bundled pretty tightly outdoors. Addlynn got to play in her bedroom with all of her toys and has been so good about going to bed in her own bed this year.
