Summer Carnival and Such

The girls, Bri, Camber and I all went to the summer carnival put on by the Heyburn. It was a blast. The girls had a great time and it was nice to get out and enjoy the sunshine.

Paisley was trying really hard to draw chalk while sissy and Camber played in the pool. Paisley was NOT a fan of the pool.

When I’m feeling really lazy Paize gets a bath in the sink. This particular day Paisley was caught “chillin” in the sink.

Addilynn really wanted to make brownies so we made the best brownies ever! Then I took them on my trip to Bellevue for dental conference.

6/6/13 Paisley’s first time in the “cold” tub. We like to turn the hot tub down in the summer so we thought it would be a perfect opportunity to take Paize for a swim! She loved it!! Our child is a dare devil and didn’t agree with the fact she needed to be held on to at all times.

Dj’s Graduation

Auntie Dj graduated!!! We are so proud of him and can’t wait to see what his future holds! It was a fun night we got to stay and hang out for a little bit but ended up having to leave pretty early because daddy had to work. Addilynn got to sing karaoke and rocked it! It was so nice to be able to see family we don’t get to see nearly enough.

Mid-End of May

Its sad that it takes the passing of a family member to get to visit family, but I’m so glad that we all got to spend time together. I am so happy we made these memories the week we lost uncle Timmy.

We also had some great weather so we went and watched Auntie P play softball, played outside, and built forts!

Addilynn got her first BAD sliver! It was a traumatic ordeal, but I finally was able to get it out! She was not a happy camper.

First Camp trip of the Season 5/21/13

 

This summer I took a few Thursdays off so that Dustin, the girls, and I could go camping together a few times. This was our first trip out and we had every season of weather. Dustin and Addilynn were playing softball in a blizzard at one point then sweating in the sunshine the next! We had a great time. I beat Dustin in Yahtzee by A LOT it was amazing. The girls loved being outside no matter what the weather. It was a couple firsts for the girls as well. Paize got to put her feet in the creek and Addilynn got to ride in the back of the pickup. We learned that Addilynn is a mushroom finding fool and we found quite a few morels. I can’t wait until we get to go again!
